My DRA718 board using MT29F2G08ABAGA nand flash by GPMC interface, but nand flash read speed only have 6MiB/S(dd if=/dev/mtdblock0 of=/dev/null bs=4k count=8192).
Nand flash using aysnc mode and the timing data is defualt from TI SDK. I want to adjust the GPMC timing data to improve the nand flash read write speed, But i can not confirm the timing data is right.
can and body tell me some nand async timing date ? the MT29F2G08ABAGA can be read 30MB/S
this is TI SDK timing data, read speed=6MB/S
this is my nand timing, read speed=10MB/S
