66AK2H12: Question about K2H ARMAVSSHARED pin.

Hi all,

ARMAVSSHARED shared with CORESEL3, previously customer pullup this pin.

Now customer want to reset C66X Core standalone, so they want to pulldown this pin.

But from datasheet:

 

What does this means? Do we have any other design change about avs? Are there any other influence for this change?

    Denny,

    This pin is a boot configuration pin.  As stated, it must be latched high whenever the device is exiting reset, same as the other boot configuration and BOOTMODE pins.  These pins can be used for secondary functions afterwards.  However, the RESETSTATz pin must be monitored to return it high whenever the device enters reset.
