Mobile Application Processors: whether the integration of Dynamic Voltage and Frequency Scaling (DVFS) and Adaptive Body Biasing (ABB) is available; how often this adjustment can be supported for a processor
We know that TI can support multiple power management techniques for mobile application processors, such as Dynamic Voltage and Frequency Scaling (DVFS) and Adaptive Body Biasing (ABB), which are helpful to extend the battery lifetimes. We would like to know whether the integration of DVFS and ABB is available for TI’s processors. If feasible, whether the time granularities supported by the DVFS and ABB are the same, i.e., whether they can be used at the same time. How often this adjustment can be done in a processor?
