1. If I use TMS320DM8168, I want to know what is the least bit rate when I encode 1080P30? And how the encode quality is? what is the psnr ?

2. Does the TMS320DM8168 support image scale?

    Hello,

    1.I would recommend you to check h264enc use guide here:
    ti-ezsdk_dm816x-evm_5_05_02_00/component-sources/omx_05_02_00_48/src/ti/omx/docs/H264_Encoder_HDVICP2_UserGuide.pdf
    I would recommend you to check VBR and CBR.
    2. If you are using EZSDK please check OMX user guide. Search for VFPC.
