66AK2H12: Keystone 2 GPIO register

Part Number: 66AK2H12

Hi Champs,

I think 66AK2H12 supported 32 GPIO.

However, according to "this 2.2.3 Output Data Register", it is only 0-15bit enable. 16-31bit is reserved.

I think this document mentioned only keystone 1 (i.e. C6678 and so on). If we use K2H , this 16-31 is able to use OUTn also.

Does this my understanding a correct ?

  • Hi,

Yes, you are correct. The GPIO user guide, section 1.1 Introduction, states:
"Some GPIO pins are muxed with other device pins. For details on specific muxing and for the availability of the register bits, see the device-specific data manual"

The Data Manual says that 66AK2H12 has 32 GPIO pins.

    Best Regards,
    Yordan
