I am trying to use the DM355 IPIPE driver's edge-enhancement module. The module requires coefficients for a (High-Pass Filter) HPF as well as a non-linear table for selectively adding edges to the original image. I am having trouble understanding the layout of the table, as in which segment of the table corresponds to negative edge-intensities, or positive edge-intensities.
Some possibilities that I have thought about:
1) 0,1 ... 511, 512, -512 -511 ... -1
2) -512, -511 ... -1, 0, 1 ... 510, 511
I would appreciate any ideas or sources of information.
