hai,

i am using nor flash memory with custom board. Is it possible to use NOR flash memory without any file system for accessing it from user space application.

Can you please clarify? Are you saying there will be a file system somewhere else and you just want to have space in NOR Flash to store user space information? If so, yes, this should be possible.
