Linux/DRA76P: Pulseaudio Issue

Hi,

On J6+ board already pulseaudio-8.0 is running but some bluez libraries and other libraries are missing. So we installed pulseaudio-12.0 but gstreamer is creating the errors because it is searching for pulseaudio-8.0 libraries.

I am using bluez 5.37 version.

I am getting the below error

Crash Message : Assertion 'pthread_mutex_unlock(&m->mutex) == 0' failed at pulsecore/mutex-posix.c:108, function pa_mutex_unlock(). Aborting.

Please provide a solution. kindly share pulseaudio-8.0 .so libraries.

The pulseaudio 8.0 libraries can found as part of Processor SDK Linux Automotive 03.03.00.03 release, which you can download from: downloads.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html

The tisdk-rootfs-image-dra7xx-evm.tar.xz tarball has the precompiled libraries.

Thank you for the response.

We have precompiled libraries for pulseaudio-8.0 from ti-processor-sdk-linux-automotive-dra7xx-evm-03_04_00_03 SDK.

As we are working on bluetooth HFP and A2DP we need pulse common sink library and Bluez regarding libraries which are missing in the SDK.

Deepthi,

I suggest you try to build from sources directly as described here. AFAIK, HFP path is not supported in Linux Auto release that's likely why that library is not being built by default. I'm not quite sure about A2DP.
