OMAP3530 Will be waked earlier than TPS6930 on evm2 board?

hi,all:

            I tested the sleep/wakeup feature on evm2 board ,I find that  the "sys_off_mode" will be changed to high earlier than vdd1/vdd2  when wakeup,  and then,can I confirm that OMAP3530 Will be waked earlier  than TPS6930 ? if so, it will be error when OMAP3530 run but part Power supply which controlled by tps65930 is off .

    There are several voltage domain in OMAP3530. Figure 1-79 in  OMAP3530 TRM (chapter 1.10 PRCM Voltage Management Functional Description) gives a good overview of the device voltage domains.

    VDD1 provides power to MPU and IVA power domain, and VDD2 provides power to CORE/PER etc

    While VDD1 and VDD2 are in OFF mode, the wakeup domain is not powered off. Its power comes from VDD3 voltage domain.
