Looks like I may have missed a LTB of a “MEMORY MANAGEMENT UNIT” ASIC 5962-93A2401MYA.
Interested in any means of obtaining some - other packages, die, Non-DSCC version of part, etc.
Would help to know TI's own part number for this part and any documentation/datasheets which might exist, please.

    Discontinued or obsolete TI products should be purchased exclusively from Rochester Electronics.

    However a search of their database for your device yields no results.
    Similarly, a search of TI's database yields no results.

    Do you have any more information about this device?

    This part is used in a MIL-STD-1750 Processor application, which appears to be based on two ASICs:

    This one - the Digital Memory Management Unit  5962-93A2401MYA

    and the Digital Data Processor Unit  5962-93A2301MYA.

    I'd like to know the corresponding TI part number for the MMU and am currently enquiring this of the DLA team.

    The DLA website gives Vendor and Generic part numbers both as CF68006, though I get no hits for this at TI, so I remain unconvinced.

    Rochester Electronics advise the part does not appear in their inventory as a packaged product but request the core TI part number so they can check for die.

    I'm afraid this is the only information I have gathered thus far.  Thanks for your help.  Ian
