Hello TI support,

currently I am estimating VisionSDK tools for building up development platform, when I downloaded linux bin file from TI website,

but when I install the bin in my LInux virtual machine, it prompt below information to tell can't be installed.

so I wonder to know how to install this bin file in Linux?

Hi,

you need some 32-bit support libraries. Can you try following:

sudo apt-get install ia32-libs lib32stdc++6 lib32z1-dev lib32z1 lib32ncurses5 lib32bz2-1.0 libc6:i386 libc6-i386 libstdc++6:i386 libncurses5:i386 libz1:i386 libc6-dev-i386

and then try to run the installer.

thanks for your reply.
but could you help me how to install ia32-libs, I have tried may ways from internet, but none of them is successful.
so appreciate if you can provide some method. thanks.

Hi,

it seems ia32-libs is no longer available in Ubuntu and it functionality is provided by lib32z1 lib32ncurses5 lib32bz2-1.0 packages.
Can you run:

sudo apt-get install lib32z1 lib32ncurses5 lib32bz2-1.0
