Hello Ti ,

we developed a custom board with same reference as beaglebone black .

In our board ethernet port is not placed

How to connect the 4g usb dongle to provide the internet access to our board ?

Is it possible ? is any drivers are required to update

Hi Manoj,

Yes, you can use USB 4G dongle on AM3358 with Linux, as long as the dongle you picked has a driver support in the kernel.

Currently i am using Huawei e3372 usb 4g dongle and updated the processor am33xx sdk linux on board

kernel version : 4.14.79-gbde58ab01e

please suggest me way to provide the internet access to board . using dongle .

Hi Manoj,

Enabling usb 4g dongle is not TI specific, so it is not supported in this forum. Please ask the dongle vendor for support.
