2,About chip select and parameter table index, could you explain those field means and how to set?

Hi Michail,

This document talked about SPI 4-pin 5-pin mode.

how about chip select field and parameter table index field? can you provide more documents about those? thanks!

Hi Denny,
The CS field identifies which SPI CS is connected to the boot device. Since the SPI for the C6657 only supports two CS signals, only the first bit is used.
More information on the parameter table index field can be found in the document www.ti.com/.../sprugy5c.pdf. Read the section on booting scenarios for booting from a simple I2C. The information provided about the parameter table index also applies to SPI.
