Linux/AM5728: Kernel boot problem

Hello 

I'm using am5728 based on beagleboard x15.

Where we removed sata,pcie,usb2

removed tree nodes from device tree still trying to boot but module loading give this error

Is it due to usb or any disabled peripherals.

Should i've to modify udev rules for the same.

I'm not able to detect mmc2 interface where eMMC connected in 8-bit mode.
