AM3357: Profinet certification test issues

My CAT3 customer is using PRU-ICSS-Profinet_Slave_01.00.03.04 package with AM3357 and is currently preparing for the Profinet certification with the test bundle Sept 2018.

Profinet Stack from Molex.

The following problems occurred during the tests:

Automated RT Tester
"AR-ASE": cycle counter has to be a multiple of SendClockFactor * ReductionRatio -> AR-ASE.pcap frame number 1501

SPIRTA
"PTCPTimeoutFactor": LLDP source MAC isn't zero -> PTCPTimeoutFactor_20190515_115448.html

Can you reproduce these problems? Are there any other known problems with the testbundle Sept 2018?

A few update - follow-up questions:

AR-ASE test case is PASS_WITH_HINT for 1.0.3.4 in our tests. The above mentioned message was issued by tester as a warning/hint, is this treated as failure during certification?

The issue was observed in our testing a while ago and root caused to incorrect SYSBIOS timer configuration settings. Did the customer take the DMTimer resolution fix? software-dl.ti.com/.../PRU_ICSS_Profinet.html
Does the customer test with GEL script or SBL from SD card?
