Linux/AM3354: UART clock reconfigured during boot?

Hi all!

I'm working on a custom made AM3354 board quite similar to a Beaglebone and I have a very weird issue I can't figure out.

Sometimes, when booting, the UART console will become completely scrambled (see log attached). When that happens, the product will still boot (we can hear the sound playing at startup and GUI is running) but none of the UART will work properly (we're using ttyS0 1 and 2) and we can't connect through USB either.

We checked with an oscilloscope and it looks like when the console is scrambles the UART is transmitting at ~150kbps instead of the standard 115200 as if the clock had been reconfigured.

Other weird thing, is that when the issue happens, it's always when attaching mtd partitions (either after attaching mtd9 or mtd12) so it looks like it might come from the NAND driver, but I couldn't find anything that could cause that in it.

Last thing is when the product starts properly, then it works without issues even for days, so I don't think it's a clock drifting issue.

Any ideas what could cause that?
