AM3352: Timing setting between DQS0 and DQS1

Hi, sir

I want to know whether i can change the time margin between DQS0 and DQS1. I measured my board，it‘s 388ps between DQS0 and DQS1. One of my Memory vendor requires less than 300ps，How can i set the timing？’

Hi,

No, this is not required on AM335x devices. See Note 6 below Table 7-69 in the AM335x Datasheet Rev. K.

Thank you for your reply.
We used the same Timing Configuration on Other brand memory，it woks well。 And I've showed the Note 6 to the Memory vendor ESMT before, thay said it's necessary（less than 300ps） for their memory chip。And we Initialied memory chip （ESMT M15T1G1664A)）failed indeed。 So，can i set the DQS0 and DQS1 timing to test and verify the ESMT M15T1G1664A?

No, there are no such configuration registers in AM335x devices. You may need to recheck your EMIF configuration, timings and software leveling with this particular memory.
