AM5708: Errata i878 scenarios

The workaround is not validating that you do not have any of the 3 tested scenarios implemented in the code.  There may be many different failure cases.  The optimum solution is not using the L3 interconnect path from the MPU while also using the Low Latency Path.  Use of another master like DSP, IPU, or DMA is a valid solution for this.  If this is not possible, and you already have an application that is hanging but cannot be altered, then you can set bits 2 and 1 if the MPU_MA register at 0x482AF400.  This is not a complete solution but it can be used to reduce the probability of the stall occurring.
