Linux/TDA2EVM5777: Kernel configuration to enable BLE USB Dongle

Hi,

I have Vision SDK version 03_03_00_00 running on TDA2x EVM.
Vision SDK Image was built keeping MAKECONFIG as 'tda2xx_evm_linux_all' in Linux+BIOS mode.

I'm running few ADAS Application on EVM and want to send the ADAS_EVENTS to a smart-phone via BLE.
I have a BLE CSR 4.0 USB Dongle which I'm planning to connect to TDA2x board through a OTG cable.

I want to know what changes are required in .../vision_sdk/build$ make kernel_menuconfig to enable the BLE USB Dongle.
I have attached the lsusb output for reference.

    Hi Uday,

    The Vision SDK version 03_03_00_00 release does not support or tested for  the BLE USB Dongle. Hence we would be unable to provide any suggestion to enable the required configuration to support this linux kernel build.

    Suggest to look for resources online on how this could be enabled for your use-case... some links:

    Hi Uday,

    Regarding 1:

    We cannot comment on the setting you are trying as this has not been tried out by us. We don't see anything that is blocking from the TDA2X platform point of view. It is just the software support that need to be enabled for your use-case. We suggest you to look out for resources available online for this.

    Regarding 2:

    No, there is no plan to support or test the BLE USB dongle with newer/future version of Vision SDK.
