Hi champs,

customer need more information reg incremental leveling for DDR3 in new design.

- what are formulas / deeper technical background for register settings for reg_wrlvlinc_int, reg_rdlvlgateinc_int and eg_rdlvlinc_int ?

- It seems, that wether U-boot neither TI Starterware bootloader does not use incremental leveling: what is backgroud for this ?

    Dirk, incremental leveling for AM437x should not be necessary. It is not commonly done for low speed DDR implementations (eg, DDR3-1600 or below). Also, the initial hw leveling results will be adequate for the entire valid temperature range of AM437x. Temperature variations across the valid temp range of the device will have little impact on the initial hw leveling results.
    Therefore, none of our software offerings implement incremental leveling.
