Should EMU1 (not EMU0) has to be pull-up during the power on even if ICEPICK is not required or used? Thanks.

Both EMU0 and EMU1 must be pulled up with external resistors to VDDSHV6 rail. Recommended resistor value is 4.7kOhm.

Actually there are pull-up on both EMU0 and EMU1.

Was it possible the EMU1 holding or stopping the processor booting-up if EMU1 got LOW?

By looking at the TRM, it seems not because they used by ICEPICK. Right? Thanks.

See Table 27-2 in the AM335x TRM Rev. P. EMU1=0 is not allowed and should not happen.
