RTOS/TMS320C6678: linker.cmd file does not exist in the project folder

Tool/software: TI-RTOS

I am new to the SYS/BIOS applications. When I import an example I cannot build the project even though I made the necessary linkings. The error statement is as follows:

"error #10008-D: cannot find file "./configPkg/linker.cmd""

When I look into the project folder, configPkg folder does not exist at all. Is there a way to build the linker.cmd file, or am I overlooking something?
