I have a question about the tolerance of the capacitor used when USB0 is not used.
The following data sheet describes using 0.22-uF when USB0 is not used, how much tolerance should a capacitor be used?

I do not see any specifications/recommendations on the tolerance spec for this in the datasheet or internal documentation. Customer can use their judgement on this.
Additionally you can look at what is on the OMAPL1x/c674x EVMs e.g. C6748 LCDK design BOM/schematic.
