TMS320C5515: When was the C5515 deprecated (NRND)?

Part Number: TMS320C5515

The page for the C5515 now has a "not recommended for new designs" notice. Can anyone tell me when this was added? Thanks.

Hi Jason,

Unfortunately I can not specify the exact date but the TMS320C5515 was changed to NRND one or two months ago.
TI has no plans to immediate plans to End of life EOL TMS320C5515 and the devices are ok to order and ship. See our General Quality Guidelines (section 22) for more information on product longevity.
