TMS320C6678: NDK helloworld client demo

Hi,

The customer ran NDK helloword demo, and he could ping the ip address successfully. But he failed to open webpage when he typed ip address into browser. Below is his log file.

Please help give some advice.

Hi Nancy,

Processor SDK RTOS does not support a web browser. Could you specify how did they tried to open a webpage?
If they can ping their board, then the helloworld demo is working and has configured the eth interface correctly.

Please refer to the link http://www.ti.com/lit/an/sprac57/sprac57.pdf section 4 step 6 Type the IP address in the browser for running the NDK Client example.

Hi,

Make sure your PC and the board are connected in the same network.

Also are they using a static IP or dhcp in their network?
