CCS/PROCESSOR-SDK-AM437X: Project build errors

HI,

I have installed code composer studio 6.2.0.00050 and sdk "processor_sdk_rtos_am437x_3_01_00_06". I have imported SYS/BIOS based "hello example project" for AM4377 (Cortex A - ARM) from TI resource explorer. When i build the project i am getting the errors as shown in the screenshot. Kindly suggest how to resolve these issues.

Go to View Tab and provide the output from the Build console for us to provide appropriate guidance.

Please confirm:

1. YOu have right combination of SYSBIOS and XDCtools from Processor SDK RTOS associated with the project.

2. In your project properties, can you indicate the target you have specified and the XDCPATH setup ? Please provide a screenshot if possible.

3. Also, indicate the Compiler version used is from Processor SDK RTOS and not from CCS default install.

Also, curious to know if this is a new project development then why are you starting with such an old version of the PRocessor SDK RTOS. We are currently on the Processor SDK RTOS 5.03 baseline which means the version you are using is over 2.5 years old.

Nagraj,

The error doesn`t seem to be from the Processor SDK RTOS package but seems to be related to the build in CCSv6.2 so I am looping in the CCS experts to help with this issue.

The issue with "fork- Resource note available" seems to be observed before with XDC tools based build as you can see from here:
