Part Number: AM5728
After read datasheet 7.3.1.1, I want to understand below on AM5728:
1. setup time or hold time measurment is based on figure 7-2? both CLK and DATA threshold is set at 50% leve? I saw some IC require the CLK set at 50% level, while DATA set at VIH(min)/VIL(max) level.
2. CLK high duration, low duration measurement is based on figure 7-2 or figure 7-3?
