Linux/DRA726: Frequency reading with eCAP

The ECAP driver on linux supports PWM mode but does not support capture mode

I was trying to wrap up a project so I can go to the next one and this was an item that had been forgotten.

We are moving this part to the next project.

I did find something that I might be able to start with, it dates back to 2014

Is there any TI-RTOS code that does input capture?
