We require MELPe Vocoder -
1. consisting of source code , exe with configurable parameters for Keystone processor variant - 66AK2H06 .
2. Date rate required should be configurable to any of the three options.
3. The MELPe Vocoder is required for real time operation
4. Demonstration & porting at user site
5. In case of acceptance of order the firm has to deposit 10% of total order value as security deposit in form of Bank guarantee valid till warranty/ two months beyond the delivery period

I am not aware of a TI provided solution for this Vocoder that is part of any of the DSP libraries. Most of TI provided codecs and voice software is available here:

You can explore contacting one of the vendors in TI Design network that provides MELPe software solution. As per the list below our third party partners Compandent seems to have an offering for MELPe across multiple TI ARM and DSP architectures that you may be able to leverage. Please contact them using their sales contact information for more details.
