How to interface HD zoom output(YPbPr) with DM365?

We are developing HD IP network camera using DM365. we have met one problem which HD zoom module output YPbPr.

But, DM365 does not support YPbPr input. Is there any IC which connects HD zoom module(YpbPr) with DM365?

I want to know how to interface HD zoom output(YPbPr, 1440x1080) with DM365.
