Does AM3352 ADC have clamp? when input signal level larger than Vref, will it clamp to Vref? or need to add external clamp circuit?

No, AM335x ADC inputs do not have any protection. Input voltage must not exceed VDDA_ADC+0.3V at any time. Additionally no external voltage should be present on the ADC inputs while the processor is unpowered.
