In SD/MMC Card interface, these resistors - R121 (NO-POP), R134 (NO-POP) & R130 (NO-POP) are mentioned in the schematics. What do these resistors indicate?

In SD/MMC Card interface, these resistors - R121 (NO-POP), R134 (NO-POP) & R130 (NO-POP) are mentioned in the schematics. What do these resistors indicate?
NO-POP means they are not populated, which probrably means they are not required to use MMC/SD via EVM, but may be needed if building a dughter card.
