RTOS/TDA2P-ACD: 12bit monochrome image after issISP is bad. how to fix it ??

i captured raw frame frome ar0144 sensor passedby isscaputre , i changed the raw image to yuv image , the image is ok . but after issISP the image is bad .as follow the first is afterisp , the second is aftercapture

the raw frame is 12bit monochrome image im 16bit container . the raw frame i upload here , you can check . i set the ispmode is ISSM2MISP_LINK_OPMODE_12BIT_MONOCHROME .

the dataformat is info->dataFormat = SYSTEM_DF_BAYER_BGGR;
info->bpp = SYSTEM_BPP_BITS12;

how to fix it ? thanks .

It is better to set the format as Bayer but disable all the color processing and demosaicing through DCC tuning.

Please refer to OV2311 sensor driver as reference.

yes , i try set the format as SYSTEM_DF_BAYER_RAW. but the result is same.

i have no DCC file . is it necessary??

Yes, DCC is necessary to get good image quality.

oh, i just want get a normal quality first.

second , where to get the DCC tune tools? i asked the fae who support us , the answer is the DCC tool is not Maintenanced and used any more .

so, what i can do to improve the image quality?

Tuning tool does not support monochrome tuning. You will need to modify DCC files manually. Please refer to OV2311 DCC files and make corresponding changes to AR0144 files.
