Dear Sir,

Board-Custom AM5728 Board

QSPI Flash:-s25flxxxx

In my project no SD-Card and no eMMC only using QSPI flash and DDR3 memory. But how to load linux OS code to QSPI flash.

In Beagleboard X15 board through SD-Card they are loading into eMMC flash, But in my case no SD-Card eMMC then how to load the Linux OS?

i am thinking through CCSv7 we can load using OMPL138 NOR Flasher based on AM57xx.bin we can load any thing?

Hello Ramachandra,

Is this for your production line or development purpose? Also, I am wondering if your board supports USB or Ethernet. Lastly, please share the size of your filesystem and how you plan on mounting the filesystem (ramdisk, NFS).

Hai Bhargav,

Actually custom board desig happening (but presently we are using BeagleBoard-X15 board testing). In Our Custom board UART,Ethernet for flash QSPI taken no USB,SD Card, eMMC and eSATA cards.

Actually we have used below things

UImage	Size=0x3A6660
Devicetree.dtb	Size=0x20000
uRamdisk.image.gz	Size=0x818130

then basically how to load boot.bin(U-BOOT) file into QSPI flash using any uniflash CCS or any other procedure?

Please give me some suggestions,
