The above table in TRM shows, if i used mmc 1-bit mode, DAT[1]~DAT[7] are in Hi-Z mode. Is that mean i cannot use DAT[1]~DAT[7] as GPIO or other function? And there are two group of mmc data pins, Is that mean i can use the other group pins?

Yes, unused MMC data pins can be used for any other available pinmux functionality they have. However you must be sure that this MMC port is not included in the SYSBOOT sequence, because in that case DAT[3:0] will be initialized in MMC mode by the ROM code.
