My board boot time is 90 seconds and I feel an abnormal boot time.
How long is the normal startup time of AM5708 RTOS evaluation board?

There is not enough information in your post for us to comment. Total boot time can vary based on boot image size, initial SYSBOOT configuration, boot peripheral and associated configuration, if DDR ECC is enabled, etc.
Please describe clearly and provide information regarding:
1. Are you testing on TI platform or custom platform. What is SYSBOOT settings on the platform. SYSBOOT pins determine the boot media order, is your preferred boot media first in the boot sequence.
2. What is the boot media used. What is the boot media configuration. We support QSPI, SDMMC and EMMC boot on this platform.
3. Are you using TI provided SBL and have you measure where majority if the 90 s are being used. Since SBL enforces two stage boot. Measure the time from POR to time when SBL debug activity is printed or enable a GPIO. You can also measure time from SBL to app.
4. What is the boot image size, how did you create this boot image size. Can this be tested on TI platform.
With above responses we can provide appropriate guidance. The AM570x devices are used in wide variety of automotive and industrial applications and are designed for fast boot from QSPI peripheral to meet uses case in these two application spaces so 90s does seem to be very large boot time for this device.

Maybe there is something wrong with my hardware, but I don't know how long it takes to start up in the official evaluation, which gives me no reference to compare.
Can you provide normal startup time? I can optimize the hardware according to this time.

We provide several data points for these devices to assess normal boot times. The devices are designed to load 150 KB-200 KB boot image from QSPI in less that 50 ms
http://www.ti.com/lit/an/spracd1/spracd1.pdf (DRA7x is automotive qualified variant of AM572x devices)
For Linux and uboot boot time on AM572x devices using SD and EMMC boot, refer to the training here:
https://training.ti.com/sites/default/files/docs/Design-Quick-Start-Embedded-Systems-SLIDES_3.pdf (Page 42)
Please review the material and check out the normal boot times that we have measure on TI evaluation HW. We recommend you check the power sequencing using PMIC, SYSBOOT pins which could all play a part in increasing the boot times.
