I have question related RESET_REQz/MCU_RESETz.

(1) I would like to know how to use RESET_REQz.

When this signal is asserted , does system go to WarmReset process ?

When this signal will not be used, I would like to know if this RESEST_REQz can be N/A (Open).

(2) I would like to know about MCU_RESETz.

I think that this signal will be asserted when MCU is reset. (Including POR and WarmReset).

If so, it can be used for controlling extrema module reset. Is my understanding correct ?

I would like to know if it needs to be connected with Pull up when it will not be used.

Hi KORO,

1) This signal requsts a warm reset input of the Main domain from external HW. It has an internall pullup, but you can decide to add one more for increased safety. A test point may be also helpful for this pin.

2) MCU_RESETz is: Input (control) pin. Master Warm Reset input (active low) to the entire device. Effects all domains – WKUP, MCU, and MAIN
