Can someone please explain what does footnote (c) mean on page 4 of http://focus.ti.com/lit/an/spraar3a/spraar3a.pdf?
The similar DDR2 part I that i was able to find is MT47H64M16HR-3:E which has only 13 address bits not 14. Does the footnote refer to this situation where A13 is not present?
If I am using the wrong part, can you please suggest what would be the correct one with the same capacity?
