1. What are the power requirements for TMS320DM8167?
Are there any requirements regarding ripple voltage for each power supply used?
2. The TMS320DM8167 microcontroller requires a power supply sequence. I input 3.3V first. Is it possible that 3.3V will sneak into the 1.8V power supply?

We have "Dynamic noise at VDDA_PLL pins" of MAX 50 mV p-p, check datasheet section 8.3.4.2 PLL Power Supply Filtering
We have only MIN, NOM and MAX voltage for each power supply. Check datasheet section 5.3 Recommended Operating Conditions

As you are aligned with DM816x power sequence (3.3V first), this should NOT be possible.
