Where i can find the IMGLIB C64x+ version 2.0.1?

I have tried at this link http://software-dl.ti.com/sdoemb/sdoemb_public_sw/imglib/latest/index_FDS.html but there are only newer version.

The version that you are trying to access is obsolete so the installer is no longer available on ti.com as the recommendation is to update to that latest version.

If this is required for an older project that is already using this in production that you can install the package from the installer that I have attached here:

imglibc64xplus-2.0.1-Setup.zip

Please understand that the library was created and tested using older TI compiler and was last released in year 2011. Functions present in IMGLIB 2.x library have been integrated into IMGLIB 3.x which added support for ELF binaries and C66x DSPs.
