Does DCAN module have any external dependency(CAN transceiver) to test external loopback mode ?

No, see section 23.3.8.3.2 in the AM335x TRM Rev. P.

Section 23.3.8.3.2 is for loopback (internal loopback, no pins involved) and my concern is about external loopback section 23.3.8.3.3

It's still the same, only at TX pin level. No external components involved.
