Failed message in DM368 ipnc

Hi, I am using DM368 ipnc, when I set IP Address on UI and saving it , 
it will show "Network setting for failed for the camera TI_IPNC", 
In fact, it has already modify in cfg file, I can use new IP address to login.

Port has the same error warning,
But when I change port from 80 to 8080, I can't use new port to login page, 
it will show "Load App Error -5".
how can I solve this problem?

    After you have changed the ip address, you should change the ipaddress in the IE with new changed address.

    GUI pings for old address, so you would see this error pop-up.

     

    Also, for port setting, we will check this issue

        Thanks for your reply, About change IP Address, the warning window is pop-up when I press "OK" button,

    But I can use new IP in IE to login, I think changing the IP Address is OK but why the warning window will pop-up?

    About Port issue, I hope that I can get good news from TI group, thanks a lot.
