RTSP problem in DM368 ipnc

Hi, when I use local network to connect DM368 ipnc.
I can see video stream in Live Video page.
When I use WAN to connect DM368 ipnc,  I can't see any video stream in Live Video page, it will show black image.
I have already open rtsp port 554 in AP setting and close the firewall.
How can I solve this problem?

    For this to run in WAN, you might needa NAT traversal to be running on the IPNC network stack.

    So please enahnce the network stack with this capability

    Dear Raghu Kudva:

        Thanks for you reply, About NAT, I had already using "Port Redirection" to connect IPNC using WAN IP,

    so I can use WAN IP(114.38.xx.xx) to connect IPCN(192.168.1.168) UI.

    I also open some TCP/UDP port (8550~8557, 80, 554, 7070, 6970~6971, 4588~4589, 6100~6400, 5000).

    I still can't see video stream in Live Video using WAN

    When I use LAN to connect WAN IP (114.38.xx.xx), I can see the video stream.

    I also close the AP and PC firewall.

    Is it my AP setting problem?
