AM4376: No debug output from SPL

hi Team, 

my customer is using AM4376BDZN100+TPS65218D0

the schematic follows TI Starter Kit reference design, 

the system can see the CCC info from UART0, but it seems to be affected by the Ethernet PHY (KSZ9031RNXCC) circuit

so they break off the Ethernet PHY's power and RESET from the AM437, PMIC connection revert back to the Starter Kit connection

currently using UART0 upload U-Boot SPL thru Teraterm, after the transmission using x-modem protocol

we were expecting UART0 should have TI SPL info, but the system has no response

SYSBOOT [18:0] set to 010 0100 0000 0011 1010 / UR0 à SPI à QSPI àMMC1

please help check the DDR and Ethernet PHY schematic whether any possible cause.
