Looking for RF + any ARM MPU SDK from TI

Hi,

I am looking for Radio interface with ADC output that I can take into ARM memory and do some DSP on that.

Any ideas if there is any ready SDK available with that capability?

Thanks for any help.

  • Manish,

Welcome to the TI E2E forum! I hope you will find here a lot of value in the large set of answered threads (use the red Search box or just browse) as well as the answers you will get from the E2E Community. I also want to make sure you are aware of the information on TI.com in the form of documentation and application information, and also the breadth of helpful topics that are addressed for embedded processors on the TI Wiki Pages.

We have a couple of forums for RF products, and also a forum for our ARM MCUs. I am not sure which of those is what you really want to know about the most, so I was not comfortable requesting your post to be moved to one of them without more information from you. Please check out the Low Power RF forum and the RF & Digital Radio forum. You may get some great ideas by looking at the Applications section on the TI Home Page.

    Regards,
    RandyP

  • Hi Randy,

    Thanks for reply.

I am really looking for SDK with separate RF (transceiver) module (attachment or integrated) from which I can tap Digital Complex values and then ARM or any MCU with software DSP library. Windows based IDE for that specific SDK. If I can find full combo from TI, that would be great.

    Thanks.

  • Manish,

Did you look at the Applications section on the TI Home Page? There are also some links on the left-hand side of the TI Home Page where you can look at a few more details about what products are available.

I recommend looking at the Low-Power RF products. In particular, look for the CC430, which might be exactly what you are looking for.
