AM5716: Usb does not enumerated at high speed

Does is issue occur with a single High-Speed device, or does it occur with more than one device?

this issue happens randomly with different devices. Once it fails then it never comes back until you reboot the system.

Please post a scope plot of the timing relationship between VBUS_VALID (~4.7V) and the resulting rise of D+.

Any suggestion as to how to get teh signals? the problem is that there is no via's or spots to put a scope on the signals? any ideas as to how to get to the signals? Do you have a connector suggestions to use?

Can you not access the USB port itself? All the signals of note will be routed there.

You do not have access to the USB port? Or there is no USB port? If there is no USB port, how are you testing multiple devices?

The usb is inside a test box. We are going to add some wires to get the signals you want on a scope. It will take some time to make it fail again.

I'm still not clear on the topology. More info would be appreciated.

Is USB used as an internal bus on this device? This seems logical given that you say there is no external port. If true, then when you say "multiple devices fail", you mean that multiple SoC's fail, not multiple USB devices. Are these assumptions correct?
