4/8bit ecc support on AM3715/AM3517

Hi,

As http://ap-fpdsp-swapps.dal.design.ti.com/index.php/GPMC_ECC, we have patch on PSP V03.00.01.06 to support 4b / 8b Error correction algorithm. But it's an experimental one. Not for production. Do we have a plan to validate and update it to prod qualitiy. Currently, NAND manufactures are improving their SLC technology, and this needs 4b ECC, instead of 1b ECC. For Micron, the 1b ECC NAND will obsolete very soon.
