Hi,

We have custom AM5728 board with same as am5728 evm. We are using TISDK 2.00.01.07 and we have compiled u-boot.

we are using 1Gib DDR only so custom board is not booting it is showing lines as:

U-Boot SPL 2015.07-00080-g4523775-dirty (Sep 03 2019 - 17:30:43)

Hi,

The SDK version you use is obsolete and no longer supported by TI. Please move to a new SDK version: www.ti.com/.../PROCESSOR-SDK-AM57X

Hello Vector,

After the board fails to boot, I am wondering if you could please connect to the A15 core in CCS (please do not use gel file). After a successful connection, please open a "Memory Browser" and see if you are able to read/write to various DDR locations.

I am not sure how the DDR is configured on your setup but please go through the following document. After getting the DDR values, please update the relevant Uboot sections as shown in the below patches:

Thanks for reply

After adding these patches my u-boot is showing blank screen i.e. not showing anything.

No boot logs is displaying on serial port, after revert back changes it is showing same previous line.

Hello Vector,

Please do not add the patches directly because the DDR timing will be different for your custom board. The above patches are just for references and they show you what files to modify in Uboot. I am wondering if you have verified DDR functionality on your board.

Hello Vector,

We do not support ES1.1 and we only support AM5728 PG2.0.
