about SPI of DM355

I want to implement WLAN based on DM355. Can i connect DM355 and BGW200 through SPI?[:)]

The DM355 does support up to 3 SPI interfaces. Provided you get drivers for the BGW200 from Philips and port them to the DM355, you should be able to use this as a solution.

The TMS320DM355 can support up to 3 SPI interfaces. This is because several of the pins of the device are multiplexed, therefore depending on the features you are using, you may only get 1 SPI interface supported.
