Hi, everybody,

I am debugging a demo in CCS. When I run it, some errors appear at the place "retval = gPmhalI2cFunc->pmhalI2cCommInit()" in the file pmhal_pmicComm.c. I want to see the details about pmhalI2cCommInit(), but I can't find the definition place of it in vision SDK. So, who can tell me the definition place of the function?

Hi Yu,

It is initialized by different PM examples as per the requirement.

E.g. INA226_I2CInitialize is assigned to gPmhalI2cFunc->pmhalI2cCommInit in PROCESSOR_SDK_VISION_03_06_00_00\ti_components\drivers\pdk_01_10_02_07\packages\ti\drv\pm\examples\ina226_power_measure\main.c.

Hi,

I mainly want to enter the Initialization function to get some pin configuration information. And in the example **\ina226_power_measure\main.c, I still can't find the definition information about the Initialization function pmhalI2cCommInit.

Hi Yu,

Initialization API is INA226_I2CInitialize and this API is assigned in PMHALI2CCommRegister.

I would suggest you to single step through code using CCS to understand the flow.
